How much will it cost to hire an Attorney to appeal a VA decision?

You only pay if we win your appeal. Federal law sets the maximum fee at 33.33% of your retroactive benefit award, but fees are usually lower (25% or less) depending on complexity and circumstance. Minimal copying/imaging/document retrieval or medical examination fees may apply.
